About

Eleven years.
One company.

I joined cPanel in 2013 as a Linux analyst and left WebPros in 2025 as Global Education Manager. A decade of that was training.

Background

What I ran

Learning and enablement strategy for roughly 650 employees across 7 SaaS brands. A team of 6. A $550K annual budget. Shared LMS and LXP infrastructure across brands, and a company-wide OKR rollout I pitched, selected the platform for, and trained team by team.

What I delivered

Conference talks at cPanel Conference (2015-2018) and LinuxFest. On-site partner training in Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Portugal, and France. 57 training and presentation decks authored - and I became the person leadership came to when a deck had to land.

Why accessibility is personal

I lost my vision in late 2024. I now build software and deliver training using assistive technology every day. It changed how I design learning: if it does not work for the person with the hardest path through it, it does not work.

What I'm building

Robworks Software, where I build LessonCraft and other tools for educators. The training practice and the software are the same problem approached from two sides.
